Healthy "Nutella"

My daughter loves Nutella, but I have issues with the artificial flavors and palm oil. In search for a healthier version and after a few trial and errors of recipes I found online, I have created one that is chocolaty, moist, creamy, and dairy free. I make two versions depending on what I have in the fridge. We use almond butter or peanut butter, so depending on your preference, you decide. Honestly, I think any nut butter would work. We also like to add sliced strawberries to increase antioxidant levels or sliced bananas. If you want to skip the bread or have a healthy desert you can dip your strawberries in the spread and it tastes delicious.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond or peanut butter
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/4 teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon
3-4 dates for sweetness
1/3 cup almond or oat milk
Preparation:
In blender, mix non dairy milk with 3-4 pitted dates. Blend for 1 1/2 min.
Mix nut butter, cinnamon, and cocoa powder in medium sized bowl. Once mixed through, add date "milk" for desired consistency.
Spread on crackers, your favorite bread, or use as a dipping sauce.
Enjoy!
